Purchase Points can only be redeemed with the purchase of additional full-priced merchandise. Points have no cash value and can only be redeemed for store credit to be used towards bespoke Collars & Cuffs garments or accessories. C&C may, in its discretion, allow points to be redeemable for in-store services from time to time. However, points are not redeemable for cash or gift certificates, and cannot be used in conjunction with promotional offers. Points are non-transferrable and will be deducted at the time of redemption. The member must be physically present for the points to be redeemed.
Perks are available on a first-come first-served basis while supplies last and substitutions by C&C may occur. The status for each Tier is good for 12 months from the time the member qualifies; after that, annual requalification is required. C&C may, in its sole discretion, alter, limit, or modify the tier rules, regulations, benefits, eligibility for membership, or any other feature of the tier or may terminate the tier at any time without prior notice.
Allowing multiple points collection methods motivates the target by making the task seem easy. Donations enable C&C to promote ethical production, environmental protection, and healthy socially responsible living through repurposing old C&C clothes for a good cause. Finally, referrals and customer SM posts gain C&C positive publicity.
